| Having your own dedicated server
makes it much easier to manage your own web hosting business, and
gives you the ability to offer certain features you otherwise
couldn't.
You can still create your own custom hosting plans (or packages) and decide how many POP3 emails, MySQL databases, how much storage space, how much bandwidth, how many parked domains, addon domains and sub domains, whether or not to include FrontPage extensions, and more... for every account you create.
Create as many hosting accounts as you like, assigning each one
their own unique username and password (for login to their control
panel, FTP, etc). You can use these hosting accounts for your own use, or sell them to
customers of your own.... it's entirely up to you.
Setup and sell Reseller Plans on your server!
One of the major differences between having a reseller plan or your
own dedicated server, is that with your own server you have the
ability to setup resellers of your own. You can create reseller plans
whereby your resellers will each have access to their very own WebHost
Manager (WHM) control panel, so they can setup accounts on your server
without having to contact you first. The reseller plans you can create
are identical to the reseller plans we offer (you can read more about
them here), except you get to define how
much storage space and bandwidth to allow each reseller you create.
You CAN oversell!
We only count how much storage space and bandwidth all your accounts are USING, and NOT what you've allotted to them. So feel free to sell 500mb hosting accounts, knowing full well the average person will use less than 50mb of that.
The same thing applies to bandwidth usage.
How many accounts will a dedicated server hold?
There's virtually no limit on the number of hosting accounts you can
place on your server, except that you don't want to completely fill
your hard drive. Some people like to keep the total number of accounts
on a server at less than 200, but I've seen others have as many has
2500 on a single server. It really depends on several things.... how
much processor an account is using, how many MySQL database
connections, what programs they may be running, etc. If you have any

What's
included with your Dedicated Server...
| WebHost Manager
(WHM) |
 You
get exclusive access to your own "root" WebHost Manager (WHM). This is where you setup and create your
hosting accounts. You can also manage your accounts with such tools as
server status, list accounts, view bandwidth usages and limits,
suspend/unsuspend accounts, Upgrade accounts, reset account passwords,
and much more.
Setup Resellers
From your root WHM, you can assign "reseller privileges" to
any hosting account you create. That means you can have your own
resellers, each of who will have their own reseller's WHM, and thus be
able to create and setup hosting accounts directly on your server....
without your intervention.
Accessing WHM
Accessing your root WHM is done directly from an internet browser using
your server's root password (which will be provided to you
once you sign up). An example of how you would login is as follows:

Panels - for ALL accounts |
 Every hosting
account you create in your WHM (as well as every account your
resellers create...) comes with it's
own control panel. When you create an account, you give it a
username and password, and assign limits for things such as storage
space, bandwidth, number of POP3 emails, MySQLs, etc. Once you click
"Create", the hosting account will immediately be created,
and you'll be able to login to the new account's control panel by
using the username and password you assigned it.

The control panels created for each hosting account in your reseller
plan, are identical to the control panels our shared hosting customers
get, except for one major difference..... we've removed our logo from
the top of the control panels so that you can comfortably sell these
hosting plans to your own customers, and they won't know that we are
your supplier. We remain completely anonymous to your customers.
