Anyone who has information about accounts on our servers violating any of our policies, causing harm to other servers or accounts, or breaking any provincial, federal or international laws, are strongly encouraged to contact us. Any/all information should be sent to abuse@roundberry.com where it will be forwarded to the appropriate department and dealt with swiftly.


Acceptable Use
Customers in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are subject to immediate account deactivation without refund.


Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to any of our servers, customers, customer accounts, or servers located outside of our network is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
